I really did lose count of how many covers I've done over the last 25 years at Dan's Papers. In the beginning I only did one a year but later on I started doing at least four and sometimes five a year, so it added up.
Someone at the paper suggested a painting of mine for a summer cover and I had to inform them that it was already used sometime in the early 90s. I couldn't remember the date but I sure as hell knew it was on the cover.
Anyway, here is my cover ( I did one last year for this same event) for Taste of the Two Forks, hence the chefs with the two forks. Not that clever but it works.
Lili of Lili-Land is in the background as is Dan and a few of my best friends.
What's next? Not sure. Maybe a cover for the Book Fair in East Hampton.
